OpenTierBoy Terms of Service

Welcome to OpenTierBoy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website located at https://opentierboy.com (collectively or individually "Service") operated by Isaac Yong (" we", "us", or "our").

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, code, and interactive features, provided by Isaac Yong on the Service is owned by Isaac Yong and is protected by intellectual property laws. Some image assets are used under open-source licenses and/or fair use principles. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content without our permission, except as allowed by the AGPL 3.0 license.

Use of Images and Copyright

OpenTierBoy allows users to upload and use images in their tier lists. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images they upload. When using images from games, movies, or other copyrighted sources, users should adhere to fair use principles:

The use should be transformative (e.g., for criticism, commentary, or parody purposes). The amount of the copyrighted work used should be reasonable in relation to the purpose of the use. The use should not negatively impact the market for the original work.

OpenTierBoy does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded images. Users retain all rights to their original content. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at dev@infinia.space.

License

Our Service is licensed under the AGPL 3.0 License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software under the terms of this license. Any modifications or derivative works must also be licensed under AGPL 3.0.

Limitation of Liability
